WWB (Wrong Way Binocular)

According to your answers, Your Dominant Cognitive Bias is what I call ‘Wrong Way Binocular’ or, in other words – searching for a fulfilling life in the wrong places.

Let me explain…

First of all, I’m proud of you. You are brave and determined to keep moving toward your fulfilling life and sometimes even at full speed. 

But moving toward doesn’t always mean you should be heading somewhere far away.

And don’t fall into the trap that having more bedrooms than your neighbor or a bigger car than your co-workers would bring any lasting sense of happiness…

Keep in mind (better in the heart) – a life true to yourself is built on those experiences that make you feel truly alive. 

Tap into your memory chambers and recall an event like that in your life. A real laugh or happy cry moment would be a good indicator…

You will notice that the feelings, events, and things that have triggered your aliveness quite often were within you or around you, and they are easy to miss if you are looking through a binocular the wrong way.

Action Step #1

(Recalling)

Tonight, at the same moment you are turning the light off, say: “Today I’m grateful for…” and recall three good things that happened to you today. We all have at least three such things daily, no matter our life's current circumstances. 

And, please, do this exercise every night – it won’t only train your brain towards a more positive one, but will also help you improve your sleep quality. 


Action Step #2

(Creating)

Starting tomorrow, allocate just 15 minutes to do what you love. If necessary, get out of your bed 15 minutes earlier… :)

There are only 2 rules:

1. You haven’t been doing it during the last 12 months.

 2. It costs you nothing (drawing, singing, writing a poem, laying on the ground...what appeals to you).

And, please, do this for the next 21 days. During this time, you don’t need to stick just to one thing – you can try multiple things.

But for now, ask yourself, “What will be the first thing I’ll enjoy tomorrow?


Action Step #3

(Mindset)

You’ve probably heard something about the power of affirmations. Affirmations are a powerful tool for shifting mindsets and creating a more fulfilling life. Affirmations are one of the tools used to rebuild your belief system that has a great impact and what you think, what you feel, how you act, and what your results are.

I’ve carefully selected an affirmation right for you: 

 “I’m the creator of my own happiness.

Please, starting tomorrow, write it down 21 times every day for the next 21 days.  

It will take you another 15 minutes, but I know you have the power within you to invest 40 minutes daily into building your happiness.

I'm Andis Endzins, the founder of the Conscious Life Experience Platform and a certified Recreational and Transformational (Rebirthing) Breathwork Trainer.

Through a deep and continuous immersion in both scientific discoveries and esoteric practices, I've found the way to a conscious, balanced, and fulfilling life. A life where each of us, to a great extent, can be in control and have access to unlimited resources for our conscious improvement.

Based on this knowledge and experience, I've created the Conscious Life Experience Platform through which I teach, motivate, and inspire people around the globe to become the creators of their conscious, balanced, and fulfilling life.
