According to your answers, Your Dominant Cognitive Bias is what I call ‘Achievement Wall Projector’ – or in other words – searching for a fulfilling life in the end result (status, achievement, etc.).

Let me explain… 

First of all, I’m proud of you. Despite various life challenges, you are full of desire to live your true self and boost your happiness. 

I’ve been in your shoes. So many great opportunities to do what I love have passed by just because I felt that I was not good enough for them.  

But the lasting state of a fulfilling life is neither hitting the target nor achieving more than your colleague or competitor. 

Don’t continuously imagine the end result in your mind – on an achievement wall, or compared to someone you see on the same path but currently in front of you. 

Imagine yourself only being in the process and hence avoid the fear of being judged by others… 

Plus, often, the first steps and the process bring more fulfillment than the end result. 

And it takes literally nothing for anybody to get into the process…

Action Step #1

(Recalling)

Right now, recall something that you’ve dreamed of doing for a while but always have found excuses not to.  

No matter how big or scary it is – change your job, build your business, skydive, write a book, learn how to play guitar, have a romantic trip with your partner, take your kids to Disneyland, buy a pet…(you know what appeals to you)

Now, close your eyes and feel for a moment that you have successfully achieved your dream. Get that genuine smile of accomplishment on your face and feel how the breath of happiness fulfills your lungs. 

And then open your eyes, drop that feeling and move to Action Step #2 below.


Action Step #2

(Creating)

Think about the first logical step you would take towards your dream if you had no limitations to achieve it. 

Just the first one, e.g., if your dream would be starting a business, you could type into your Google search box: “how to start a business”. If you would like to learn how to dance the Argentine tango, you could type: “Argentine tango near me…” Whatever appeals to you, go for it!

And don’t open any links, yet. Only make a screenshot of that search results page, and, as soon as you are connected to a printer, print it out and stick it on somewhere really visible (like your fridge) or make it your screensaver.     

It would look like this: 

That’s it. You've made your very first baby step and are on the way to achieving your dream. 

Then think about the second logical step towards your dream – exploring those search results; and keep on this journey moving forward step by step…not focusing on the end result but on each particular step at the moment. Enjoy the process.


Action Step #3

(Mindset)

You’ve probably heard something about the power of affirmations. Affirmations are a powerful tool for shifting mindsets and creating a more fulfilling life. Affirmations are one of the tools used to rebuild your belief system that has a great impact and what you think, what you feel, how you act, and what your results are.

I’ve carefully selected an affirmation right for you: 

I choose to find meaning in every step of my journey.

Please, starting tomorrow, write it down 21 times every day for the next 21 days.  

It will take you 15 minutes (if necessary, just get out of bed 15 minutes earlier… J ), but I know you have the power within you to invest 40 minutes daily into building your happiness.

I'm Andis Endzins, the founder of the Conscious Life Experience Platform and a certified Recreational and Transformational (Rebirthing) Breathwork Trainer.

Along with a successful career as a Latvian army officer and a subsequent thriving career as a business lawyer, I've always been curious and on a quest for new knowledge, experiences, and feelings. 

However, most of these searches have been in a spontaneous and chaotic flow from Camino de Santiago to digital marketing, from sky diving to e-commerce, from wine tasting courses to ayahuasca ceremonies, from Vedic astrology to mountain climbing, from intermittent fasting to Red Bull competition, etc. These experiences were vivid and impactful, each leaving its own positive footprint, but they did not provide any long-lasting fulfillment. 

Through a deep and continuous immersion in both scientific discoveries and esoteric practices, I've found the way to a conscious, balanced, and fulfilling life. A life where each of us, to a great extent, can be in control and have access to unlimited resources for our conscious improvement.

Based on this knowledge and experience, I've created the Conscious Life Experience Platform through which I teach, motivate, and inspire people around the globe to become the creators of their conscious, balanced, and fulfilling life.
